Went to day one of the Willow Creek Association’s Leadership Summit. Today. There was a great presentation on the history of the church and then Hybels did a great job talking about having a vision that you would die for. Some of his classic teaching. I will plan to write more about what he had to say soon. He had some great stuff about being an owner and not a hireling.
The last session was really good too.
If you have a chance I would encourage you to go tomorrow and Saturday and hear the rest at a site near you.

I had to miss the morning sessions. I loved the afternoon and today was great.
I stumbled into you site while looking for responses to the leadership summit and I just want to say that you have the best name for a blog I have seen in a long while. Gold!

Leadership Summit is coming to Dallas at Watermark Community Church (simulcast I believe) and we are very excited about it.
