keys to success tonight

August 31, 2006

1. Everybody worries about Spurrier’s passing. He will try to break your back early with it and will try to do that when there is a chance to put you down for the count. But He is very balanced. We must stop his run to win. The secondary is our strength.

2. Henig our new QB has to step up. For the west coast offense to work, we have to catch the ball conistantly. Something I haven’t seen at State in 18 years, before that I didn’t know they had a football team.

3. The bulldogs have to seize this opportunity to tell the world they are on the right track. If our offense doesn’t get more than 2 first downs in the first 2 series, its over for the year. If we score in either of those two drives we will win.

Like I said, it’s half time and the Bulldogs are looking pretty good.

well, the D looked pretty good, other than that one trick play we stopped the pass attack.

as for Hening, he didn’t step up and we still can’t find the end zone with a map.

and as I said, no first downs in first two series and we lost. But Andre won and that was great.

Ouch. It hurts to be a State fan.

I’m telling you… you should’ve been watching tennis. The Agassi/Baghdatis match was PHENOMENAL!!! The crowd went wild…
