Dafur is Dying!

January 26, 2007

While we fight our own battles of greed and idolatry of fabricated wants and needs.  And while we worry over so many things Dafur is dying.  Its not the only place on the map with great needs but you can go here an play the Game.

You can choose your character and try to make it to the well for water and other missions to stay alive.  It really a genius little game to make you realize that when your little 11 year old boy gets caught, in Dafur a little 11 year old boy is killed.  (not really tied to the game for those wondering and worrying that they will wake in a tub of ice with their kidneys removed.)

But you can take a very little effort and click to write to those in positions of power to help end this killing.  We really don’t need any more subject matter for movies like “Hotel Rowanda” and books like “While You Were Sleeping”.

This game would make a great youth/small group/ or family teaching activity.

Hi there! This article couldn’t be written any
better! Reading through this post reminds me of my previous roommate!

He continually kept preaching about this. I most certainly will send this information to him.

Pretty sure he will have a great read. Many thanks for sharing!
